Report concerning Shovgu
Shovgu does not seem to understand the difference between "mother/native language" vs "official language" as seen here [1] [2].
This is just one issue, I could also get into the fact that they ignore (whether on purpose or due to language barrier) sources/information that contradicts their opinion [3], hopefully that is not going to be necessary. HistoryofIran (talk) 22:12, 4 August 2026 (UTC)
- You are not stopping the edit war. What do you hope to achieve by reverting my edit that linked Wikipedia to Wikidata? https://www.wikidata.org/w/index.php?title=Q161205&diff=prev&oldid=2527289359 Shovgu (talk) 22:18, 4 August 2026 (UTC)
And now they're edit warring again, at Afsharid dynasty [4], completely ignoring what the English article of the Wikidata says ("was an Iranian[1] dynasty founded by Nader Shah (r. 1736–1747) of the Qirqlu clan of the Turkoman Afshar tribe, ruling over Afsharid Iran.[1][2]") and the dozens of sources I listed at their talk page.[1] --HistoryofIran (talk) 22:27, 4 August 2026 (UTC)
- I am not discussing whether the Afshars were an Iranian dynasty. I am discussing the language of the dynasty. What are you talking about? Shovgu (talk) 22:31, 4 August 2026 (UTC)
- Yes, we can all see that. Your addition is roughly translated to "A Turkic dynasty that ruled in Azerbaijan and Iran in the 18th century", which contradicts what sources and the article itself says. Azerbaijan didn't exist back then either [5] [6] [7], as you were also told, but ignore as well. Which is as I said, you ignore sources/information that contradicts your opinion. HistoryofIran (talk) 22:34, 4 August 2026 (UTC)
- As I have explained to you, you are bringing up unrelated topics. "Azerbaijan" is a historical geographical name, and the people we call Azerbaijanis today are one of the Turkic peoples. You are presenting me with sources that contradict claims I never made. Shovgu (talk) 22:44, 4 August 2026 (UTC)
- I say "the Turkic dynasty that ruled Iran"—do you understand? Shovgu (talk) 22:46, 4 August 2026 (UTC)
- This is hopeless... the language barrier is too big of an issue, as also seen on their talk page. Can an admin please help? HistoryofIran (talk) 22:47, 4 August 2026 (UTC)

- Besides you proving that you still don't understand the difference between "native language" and "official language", it seems you don't understand what "dynasty" means either. Speaking x language does not make you x dynasty, as seen in the listed sources. Matter of the fact is you're ignoring sources/information that you don't like. Also, your citations has no quotes and some has dozens of pages or no pages, no one wants to go on a treasure hunt to find the quotes for you, which I doubt you even have yourself. HistoryofIran (talk) 22:46, 4 August 2026 (UTC)
- I have moved the Turkic language from the "official language" section to the "native language" section. It will remain this way until the discussion concludes. I maintain the position that Turkic was also the official language of the dynasty. I believe Turkic should be included in both sections because it was the language of the Turkic dynasty—rather than the state itself—and was used within the court and the dynasty. Shovgu (talk) 22:56, 4 August 2026 (UTC)
- You still refuse to learn what "official language" means, conflating it with other words despite being told about it a dozens of times now, and having had hours to look it up on a simple Google search. You're still engaging in synthesis of published material, i.e. WP:SYNTH. But thanks for removing it from "official language", still, that doesn't fix the issues of your conduct, including at the Afsharid dynasty. HistoryofIran (talk) 23:03, 4 August 2026 (UTC)
- You are biased. Put aside your own views. Do not hesitate to accept the truth. I am aware of the distinction between a native language and an official language. Given that it was a Turkic dynasty, we agree that their native language was Turkic. However, despite numerous official sources, you refuse to acknowledge that Turkic was also the dynasty's official language, and instead, you present me with sources irrelevant to the topic. Turkic was the dynasty's official language because it was used within the palace, among dynasty members, and in official correspondence—not to mention its use in diplomacy and the military. Persian may have been the state's official language—serving as the international language of that era—but that is irrelevant to our discussion; for instance, the Seljuk Empire was a Turkic empire, yet the state's official language was Persian. You do not want to accept this. Shovgu (talk) 23:28, 4 August 2026 (UTC)
- There are zero reliable sources that mention it being an official language, including in the English Wikipedia of the very subject. Even when you listed the alleged sources here you said it was about "native language of the dynasties". The only one biased is you, as you refuse to listen to reliable sources and only listen to your personal opinion and WP:SYNTH. There are clearly severe WP:CIR issues here. HistoryofIran (talk) 23:38, 4 August 2026 (UTC)
- Let us continue the discussion once you learn to distinguish between the state and the dynasty. A dynasty is not a state for which a document is signed and an official language is designated; rather, a dynasty uses the Turkic language while governing the state. Consider this aspect: "the language of the dynasty." This is documented everywhere, including on the English Wikipedia. If Turkic were merely the dynasty's native tongue—and if the dynasty did not employ it in state administration, internal court affairs, and official correspondence—then it would suffice to regard Turkic simply as their mother tongue. However, that is not the case. Shovgu (talk) 23:48, 4 August 2026 (UTC)
- Again, still failing to understand what official language means and making up stuff as you go, i.e. WP:SYNTH. No point in discussing indeed, hopefully an admin will take a look at your conduct. HistoryofIran (talk) 23:59, 4 August 2026 (UTC)
- A dynasty's official language is not established by a document. Learn to distinguish between the state and the dynasty. I hope the admins will look into this soon. Shovgu (talk) 00:04, 5 August 2026 (UTC)
- Whether state or dynasty, "official language" still has one meaning. You are the one who should learn. There is a reason WP:RS has not supported you once, and contradicts you in the dozens. HistoryofIran (talk) 00:06, 5 August 2026 (UTC)
- You have no grounds to invoke the WP:RS policy here. There is no such thing as an "official language of a dynasty," as it is not an institution; what we are referring to is the language they actually used. Either you do not understand this, or it simply does not suit your agenda. Shovgu (talk) 00:17, 5 August 2026 (UTC)
- If we are referring to the language they spoke, but which wasn't an official language under them, then we don't add it as an "official language", it's that simple really, and I think a part of you know this, which is why you removed it from "official languages" after this report. But I'm done trying to put sense into you after these several hours, I'll let the admins take it from here. HistoryofIran (talk) 00:22, 5 August 2026 (UTC)
- I don't know who you are referring to when you say "a part of you." I am just a human being. What do you mean when you say "a part of you knows this"? What is it that they know? If you are trying to emphasize that the Turkic language isn't being used, then you are simply engaging in a war of words. Because you are still too biased to admit that the language of the ruling dynasty and the language of the state are distinct. I had intended to keep the situation as it was until the discussion concluded, but I changed my mind. Shovgu (talk) 01:10, 5 August 2026 (UTC)

Shovgu is now engaging in more pov pushing by adding "Azerbaijani" as this figures native language [9], despite them not even speaking that language nor even being of Azerbaijani descent (they were Kipchaks per the sourced English Wikipedia article [10]). --HistoryofIran (talk) 13:55, 9 August 2026 (UTC)
- You have also seen the edit where I included the Persian language.1 You are simply highlighting what suits your own agenda. Did you start looking for errors in my edits only after your complaint failed to yield results? Shovgu (talk) 14:08, 9 August 2026 (UTC)
- You have also seen the edit where I included the Persian language
- Which I also removed. It seems you don't know what "native language" means either (hell, they he didn't even speak Azerbaiajani, let alone it being his native language). And regardless, it doesn't justify adding "Azerbaijani" (which you're now edit warring to restore, even more disruptive).
- You are simply highlighting what suits your own agenda.
- Ironic. HistoryofIran (talk) 14:09, 9 August 2026 (UTC)
- Aha, if you acknowledge that his native language is Azerbaijani—and not Persian—then why are you trying to erase the Azerbaijani language? Shovgu (talk) 14:11, 9 August 2026 (UTC)
- I didn't even remotely say that. Again proving the huge language barrier is too big of an issue. Also, you're still edit warring, clearly not here to build an encyclopedia. HistoryofIran (talk) 14:13, 9 August 2026 (UTC)
- You have just exposed your lie: "You have also seen the edit where I included the Persian language.
- Which I also removed. It seems you don't know what "native language" means either" Shovgu (talk) 14:17, 9 August 2026 (UTC)

- I have fully protected the item to prevent further edit warring.
- @Shovgu, HistoryofIran: You are both warned not to edit war and not to use edit summaries to attack other editors. Please take a step back and discuss the underlying content issue in a collaborative way. Assume good faith. Cut out the insults and personal attacks. Bring in third parties. WD:Project chat is a better venue to get third-party input on content issues. Bovlb (talk) 14:34, 9 August 2026 (UTC)
- But that's the thing, it's not a dispute. Per this thread, Shovgu is adding information not supported by their sourced English articles nor reliable sources, the most blatant one being adding "Azerbaijani" here [11], not only as a language, but a native language a that (which contradicts [12], this is like if I added "Azerbaijani" to Napoleon). They refuse to understand what "official language" and "native language" means. For all of these things they have had days to prove otherwise, but to no avail. Also, if the article gets protected, shouldn't it also get reverted back to its previous revision? Why should Shovgu get to force his way through edit warring, whereas I stopped? HistoryofIran (talk) 14:38, 9 August 2026 (UTC)
- I have already answered that. Stop repeating yourself; you're leading the discussion into a dead end. Shovgu (talk) 14:43, 9 August 2026 (UTC)
- Not at all. HistoryofIran (talk) 14:45, 9 August 2026 (UTC)
- Protection does not endorse the version that happened to be current when I protected the item. See m:The Wrong Version. I am not going to adjudicate the underlying content issue by choosing which version to protect.
- Calling this a content dispute also does not mean that I consider the two positions equally well supported. Please resolve the content question through discussion, preferably with input from uninvolved editors. Bovlb (talk) 14:47, 9 August 2026 (UTC)
- I have requested input from Wikidata:Project chat [13], though despite that I find it hard how to see how it is going to suddenly change the conduct of Shovgu. HistoryofIran (talk) 14:59, 9 August 2026 (UTC)

Would appreciate an admin looking into this, these are pretty glaring disruptive edits, which Shovgu has somehow gotten away with by edit warring, despite recently being blocked for that. This does not send a good message. HistoryofIran (talk) 14:00, 20 August 2026 (UTC)

Request for undeletion: Q138543771 (Siam Eyewear)
Disclosure: this account represents Siam Eyewear and has a conflict of interest regarding the subject. This request was prepared and submitted with AI assistance at the account holder's direction.
Please review whether Q138543771 (Siam Eyewear, an eyewear retailer in Bangkok, Thailand) can be restored under the second criterion of Wikidata:Notability: a clearly identifiable entity describable using serious, publicly available references. I acknowledge the previous deletion discussion, which described it as a non-notable business, and the deletion by Jan Myšák on 3 March 2026 with the log reason "Spam / advertising". I am requesting review of the original item, not recreating it.
The following externally maintained records are offered for consideration:
- Oakley Thailand's official store locator: searching "Siam Eyewear" returns "SIAM EYEWEAR", at "215, SIRINDHORN RD, BANGPLAD", Bangkok 10700, with a "Certified Reseller" badge. The locator's publicly accessible record identifies the store as
oakley_th_retail_TH0063and lists sunglasses and prescription products. - ZEISS's official optician finder, store 1392046: identifies "SIAM EYEWEAR" at "215 SIRINTHORN ROAD BANGPLAD", Bangkok 10700, Thailand, and links to
https://www.siameyewear.com/.
These are brand-maintained retailer-directory records, not independent editorial coverage. I am not claiming that reseller certification automatically establishes Wikidata notability; I ask whether the identifiable business and these public references satisfy criterion 2. Request for Undeletion (RFU): Q135639324 (Hariharan Ragothaman)
@WikiBayer: This item was deleted on 3 August 2026, 19:36 UTC (delete log, logid 672341123) with the summary “Does not meet the notability policy”. There does not appear to have been an RfD discussion. I am not recreating the item.
Conflict of interest: this item is about me. I understand that may weigh against the request. I am asking for restoration rather than creating a new item, and I will respect the community's decision.
I believe the item meets N2 (identifiers and serious, publicly available references), and I am sharing the strongest sources I have.

Not done, although the subject has several notable publication, the cite record only started recently (2024). Coverage are also too scarce. Not notable yet for inclusion. When the subject has attained more coverage and published more works, it could be considered for inclusion. Furthermore, please understand Wikidata community's stand on editing about oneself. Request for undeletion: Q138780062 (NPR77)
I’d like to request the undeletion of Q138780062 (NPR77).
The item was deleted on 27 March 2026 for “Does not meet the notability policy”. When it was deleted, the item only had the name “NPR77” and did not have references showing what the entity was.
Since then, I’ve found these sources that specifically mention NPR77:
- GlobeNewswire — discusses NPR77 and its online casino and sports-betting platform.
- Yahoo Finance — mentions NPR77 in connection with Himalayan Harmony Group.
I’m asking for the deleted item to be reviewed again in light of these sources. I’m not asking for a new item to be created, but for the deleted item to be reconsidered.
Thanks. Nutoledabaurgess (talk) 11:32, 12 September 2026 (UTC)
- These appear to be press releases. Are there any independent sources? Bovlb (talk) 17:33, 12 September 2026 (UTC)
- Thanks for the reply, I appreciate it.
- I found a third-party review of NPR77 published by MightyTips. It covers NPR77’s platform, sportsbook, casino, launch, payment methods, and other details:
- https://www.mightytips.com/bookmakers/npr77-np/ Nutoledabaurgess (talk) 14:46, 16 September 2026 (UTC)
- I also found another third-party article that mentions NPR77 and provides additional coverage:
- Hopefully these additional sources help with the review of the item. Thanks. Nutoledabaurgess (talk) 14:50, 16 September 2026 (UTC)

High-volume bibliographic item creation — Iamcarbon
Could an admin please take a look at User:Iamcarbon's recent high-volume bibliographic item creation?
I'm not alleging spam or promotion, but the current batch appears highly systematic and possibly automated/semi-automated. There were also previous concerns about the account creating 350+ items in 10 days, which were discussed with the editor.
Some of the new items contain several bibliographic identifiers but no references, so it may be worth checking the source/provenance, duplicate handling, and automation method before the activity continues.
Just asking for a review of the data quality and editing method, rather than any action against the editor. ~~~~ ⚡ Zulier ∆ Talk 07:31, 14 September 2026 (UTC)
- Hi Zullier. I typically create, verify, or improve a few hundred books a day to the existing authors on Wikipedia; using a set of local tools - and manual edits - while helping maintain the separation between works and their editions across the project. It's slow and tedious work; particularly when it uncovers conflations, stubs, and poorly modeled conflicts that need resolved (the books data on wikipedia is a total mess).
- Any missing references typically get added after a few days. Let me know if there's any specific problems you have with the edits or contributions. Iamcarbon (talk) 07:59, 14 September 2026 (UTC)
- Thanks for clarifying. I don't have a problem with the high volume itself or with using local tools. My main concern was the provenance and verification of the bibliographic data, particularly where newly created items initially have several identifiers but no references.
- If the references are normally added afterwards, that's helpful context. I'll take a closer look at a sample of the recent items and raise any specific data or duplicate issues rather than treating the edit volume itself as a problem. ⚡ Zulier ∆ Talk 08:45, 14 September 2026 (UTC)
RFU: Q140187953 (Raze S.R.L.)
This item was deleted on 13 June 2026 by @Madamebiblio for "Does not meet the notability policy". I asked the deleting admin on their talk page on 19 August and followed up on 7 September (User talk:Madamebiblio#Undeletion request: Q140187953 (Raze S.R.L. / GPKingdom)) without receiving a reply, so I am bringing it here. Full disclosure: I am a co-founder of the company; I have not recreated the item.
I believe the item satisfies N2 (serious and publicly available references):
- Dedicated article by an independent newspaper: Leccoonline, 28 May 2026 — https://www.leccoonline.com/notizie/97189/dal-badoni-a-cupertino-la-start-up-di-successo-di-due-ex-studenti

- Dedicated interview: The Digital Moon, June 2026 — https://www.thedigitalmoon.com/intervista-a-gp-kingdom-domande-che-nessun-fan-puo-ignorare/
- Registry: Italian Business Register (Camera di Commercio Como-Lecco), VAT IT04229070133 (VIES-verifiable), REA LC-429420, incorporated 23 April 2025.
If restored, I will immediately attach these as references to the statements and restrict the item to the company (Raze S.R.L.), leaving the news outlet GPKingdom out of it. If the community considers the sources insufficient, I would appreciate knowing what would be needed. Thank you. Lavoro per Raze S.R.L. (talk) 08:05, 14 September 2026 (UTC)
Kathyann23 and Lilabelle23! (Daxor)
Kathyann23 and Lilabelle23! keep turning descriptions of papers about Daxor's BVA-100 blood volume analyzer into ad copy ("Daxor's BVA-100 provides accurate, radioisotopic blood volume measurement..."). They also create new items for such papers with the same kind of text. On enwiki Kathyann23 was warned for promo in June and replied that they're affiliated with the manufacturer (en:User talk:Kathyann23). No disclosure here. Lilabelle23! registered on 14 July and edits only here, on the same papers in the same style. Their last items are from 3 September. I've cleaned up all items. Request for restoration of Q141442394 (Arnaud Segla)
Hello,
My page Q141442394 was recently deleted for "spam/advertising". I understand your vigilance, but this is a legitimate biographical entry for a published author with international institutional identifiers.
This entity is officially registered with:
- ISNI: 0000 0004 8516 6736
- IdRef: 241221191
The books (such as "Une entreprise ethnique en 40 heures") are indexed in national libraries and available on Google Books.
Could you please restore the item? I will make sure it adheres strictly to Wikidata formatting without any promotional tone.
Thank you for your time and understanding. Arnaud Segla (talk) 10:54, 14 September 2026 (UTC)

Previous discussion:
https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Wikidata:Administrators%27_noticeboard/Archive/2026/08#Request_for_undeletion:_Q140831608_/_Q137426576_(Globy)
Could an administrator please review whether the item can be restored, or advise what additional independent sourcing would be required?
Thank you. Annagloby (talk) 11:18, 14 September 2026 (UTC)
- The sources which are presented in the previous discussion only demonstrate that the company exists. Not all existing companies are notable. For notability, we require extensive coverage in independent reliable sources, similarly to what would be sufficient for the subject to have an article say on the English Wikipedia (and survive a deletion request there). Ymblanter (talk) 18:45, 14 September 2026 (UTC)
- hank you for the clarification.
- I have gathered additional third-party sources that provide substantive coverage of Globy and its platform:
- Coruzant — “B2B Globy Marketplace Online and Logistics Tools” https://coruzant.com/tech/b2b-sourcing-platform-globy-marketplace/
- Business Post Nigeria — “Globy Platform: B2B Marketplace and Its Logistics Calculator” https://businesspost.ng/general/globy-platform-b2b-marketplace-and-its-logistics-calculator/
- Today News — “China – USA: B2B Trade and Logistics on Globy, Logistics Shipping Calculator + Freight Costs” https://todaynews.co.uk/2024/12/11/china-usa-b2b-trade-and-logistics-on-globy-logistics-shipping-calculator-freight-costs/
- SMEStreet — “Ordering Goods on Globy: Logistics from India to the USA” https://smestreet.in/sectors/logistics/ordering-goods-on-globy-logistics-from-india-to-the-usa-7425638
- These sources discuss Globy, its B2B marketplace, logistics functionality, and platform features in detail rather than merely confirming the company’s existence.
- Globy also currently has a standalone article on the Spanish Wikipedia, where these independent sources are used as references:
- Could you please review these sources and advise whether they are sufficient to establish notability and restore Q140831608 / Q137426576?

Follow-up on auto-archived undeletion request: Q130604188
For transparency, I am the subject of the deleted item and therefore have a COI.
My 4 September request for undeletion of Q130604188 was automatically archived without a final administrative determination. In that discussion, User:Yamato Shiya explicitly asked for opinions from uninvolved administrators and experienced editors, and noted that they were welcome to restore the item if they considered the new evidence sufficient.
I said there that I would not repeat the same arguments, so I will not duplicate the evidence or re-litigate the discussion here.
Could an uninvolved administrator please review the archived discussion and make a final determination on the request — either restore Q130604188 or decline the undeletion request?

Request for undeletion: KFO framework (Q141161165) and associated paper (Q141158892)
I am Andrew Paul of Americas Great Resorts, the originator of KFO and author of the associated paper. I disclose that connection and request review of these two items under Wikidata:Notability criterion 2. Please assess each item separately.
Both were deleted by Fralambert on 10 September 2026 UTC for not meeting the notability policy:
Framework: Q141161165
The framework is discussed in the following outside publications. Neither article was written or paid for by AGR:
- Hospitality Technology feature, by Michal Christine Escobar, 3 August 2026. It includes a section specifically discussing KFO and its hotel application. I am quoted as a research source. I offer this as coverage of the framework, not independent experimental validation.
- Digital Marketing Stream analysis, 3 September 2026. It discusses the framework and cites the originating paper, while noting its preliminary research status.
My argument is that this coverage provides a basis for describing an identifiable conceptual entity. I am not claiming that KFO is an established scientific consensus.
Paper: Q141158892
The separate work is Knowledge Formation Optimization: A Framework for Shaping AI Conceptual Representations in Advance of Retrieval, by Andrew Paul, originally published 2 June 2026. Version 4.0 was issued 2 September 2026. It is a working paper, not a peer-reviewed journal article.
The Digital Marketing Stream source above links to and discusses the paper. Bibliographic identification is supported by:
- DataCite concept DOI record: 10.5281/zenodo.20636830.
- DataCite version 4 record: 10.5281/zenodo.22264006.
- OpenAlex concept-DOI record, W7164320830.
The DOI and OpenAlex records establish identity and indexing; I do not present them as endorsements. The paper's versions are one work, and I do not claim verified MPRA acceptance or independent scholarly citations from these records.
Would these references support restoration of the framework, the paper, or both? If an item's evidence is insufficient, please explain the specific deficiency. I do not have access to the deleted revisions and cannot establish which references were present at deletion. I am asking for review of the original items, not creating replacements or making an argument about search rankings.
AIAGR (talk) 13:41, 14 September 2026 (UTC)
- @Fralambert: Since you were the deleting administrator, would you be willing to review the additional sources above and indicate whether they support restoration of either item under WD:N criterion 2? A determination on each item, including the specific deficiency if restoration is declined, would be appreciated. Thank you. AIAGR (talk) 16:03, 18 September 2026 (UTC)

Request for undeletion – Thomas A. Blüm (Q141453529)
To whom it may concern.
I would like to request a review of the deletion of the Wikidata item for Thomas A. Blüm.
The item was deleted with the summary "Spam / advertising", with the additional observation that the only contributor was the account TitanBlue67.
TitanBlue67 is my account, and I am Thomas A. Blüm, the person represented by the deleted item. I created the item because it concerned me personally.
However, the content of the item was not advertising or promotional material. It contained my name, two established external identifiers, and links to external websites:
- GND: 1392719143
- ORCID: 0009-0002-4777-396X
The GND is an external authority identifier maintained by the German National Library, while ORCID is a persistent identifier for researchers and authors.
The item also contained a link to my website, which has a descriptive and informative character and contains no advertising or call to action to buy anything, and a link to the website associated with my published work. I acknowledge that these websites are associated with the subject and that the books can be purchased through them. However, the Wikidata item itself contained no advertising text, sales language, pricing information, promotional claims, or call to action. The links served as external references and as additional means of identifying the subject and his published work.
The intention was to provide additional information for a future Wikipedia entry. Such an entry would of course not be written by me or by friends, but would have to meet Wikipedia's own requirements for independent coverage and editorial involvement.
The item had only just been created when it was deleted. Consequently, there was effectively no opportunity to expand the initial record with additional bibliographic information and independent references before it was removed.
For the purpose of this undeletion request, I am providing additional evidence of the subject's identity and publication record. These identifiers were not all present in the original item; they are provided here as supporting evidence:
- GND: 1392719143
- ORCID: 0009-0002-4777-396X
- ISNI: 0000 0005 2961 7861
- OpenAlex: A5121198971
- Google Scholar: rD5-U-gAAAAJ
- ResearchGate: Thomas-Bluem-3
- SSRN: 10814796
The subject, who happens to be me, has also published books with ISBNs, which are independently represented in bibliographic and commercial book catalogues, as well as a substantial publication record.
Notability
Wikidata's current notability policy states that an item is acceptable if it refers to a clearly identifiable conceptual or material entity that can be described using serious and publicly available references.
Thomas A. Blüm is a clearly identifiable individual. His identity is independently represented through established external identifiers, including the GND of the German National Library, as well as ORCID and ISNI. His published books and scholarly publications provide additional publicly accessible bibliographic evidence.
The relevant question is therefore not whether the subject is famous or commercially prominent. Wikidata's notability criterion is not a fame criterion. The relevant question is whether the subject is a clearly identifiable entity that can be described using serious and publicly available references.
In this case, there is an established bibliographic and scholarly record that identifies the subject and his published work.
Number of contributors
The deletion rationale also notes that TitanBlue67 was the only contributor to the item.
I do not believe that the number of contributors is in itself a notability criterion. The item had only just been created when it was deleted, so naturally there had not yet been an opportunity for other contributors to edit it.
The number of contributors should therefore not, by itself, be treated as evidence of spam or advertising. The relevant questions are whether the subject meets the notability criteria and whether the information can be verified.
Spam / advertising
I understand that creating an item about oneself may warrant additional scrutiny. I am not disputing that.
However, Wikidata's own guidance on self-promotion states that self-promotion is not in itself a reason to delete an item, and that notability and maintainability are not determined solely by the creator's identity or motives.
The actual content of the deleted item contained no advertising copy, sales language, pricing information, promotional claims, or call to action. The external links did not ask users to purchase anything. They provided additional information about the identified person and his published work.
I therefore do not believe that the classification "Spam / advertising" accurately describes the content of the item.
If the concern is instead that the available evidence does not satisfy Wikidata's notability criteria, I would appreciate that being considered as the relevant issue rather than classifying the item itself as spam or advertising.
I therefore respectfully request that the deletion of Q141453529 be reconsidered and that the item be restored.
If any particular statement or source is considered inappropriate, I would be happy to address that specifically.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. TitanBlue67 (talk) 23:57, 15 September 2026 (UTC)
RFU: Q138568737 (Md Imdadul Haque Sohag) — new evidence since March 2026
I would like to request a fresh review of the deletion of Q138568737 (Md Imdadul Haque Sohag).
Conflict of interest: I am the subject of the deleted item. I am therefore not recreating the item myself and would appreciate an independent review by an uninvolved administrator.
The item was deleted on 12 March 2026 for not meeting Wikidata's notability policy. A previous undeletion request is archived here:
Wikidata:Administrators' noticeboard/Archive/2026/03
I am not asking for the earlier request to be reconsidered on the same evidence. Since that discussion, additional publicly available third-party coverage has been published.
I believe the item may now satisfy WD:N, particularly criterion 2, because the subject is clearly identifiable and can be described using serious and publicly available references.
New coverage since the March discussion:
- Business Bangladesh, 14 June 2026 — detailed coverage of the Naldanga Estate research and its historical and regional-administration framework:
https://businessbangladesh.com.bd/article/404504
- The Daily Evening News, 9 August 2026 — an extended person-focused profile, From Business Ledgers to Geopolitical Maps, covering professional background, policy analysis, research and geopolitical writing:
https://thedailyeveningnews.com/2026/08/09/from-business-ledgers-to-geopolitical-maps/
- The Daily Ittefaq, 11 August 2026 — substantive coverage of the Naldanga research, including its research question, historical terminology and the concept of intermediary regional authority:
https://www.ittefaq.com.bd/803529/
Additional coverage:
- The Daily Evening News, 9 March 2026 — an extended person-focused profile, From Enterprise to Policy: The Analytical Journey of Md Imdadul Haque Sohag:
Identifier:
I am including the ORCID only to help establish identity, not as independent evidence of notability.
For clarity, I am not relying on self-authored articles, personal websites, social media, search-engine visibility, Knowledge Panel results or SEO claims. I am also not asking that closely similar or republished reports be treated as separate independent sources.
I would be grateful if an uninvolved administrator could review the newer evidence and determine whether restoration is now appropriate under WD:N.
Thank you. ~2026-50048-29 (talk) 01:38, 16 September 2026 (UTC)

Request for undeletion: Q140999459 (Ministry of Nutrition GmbH)
Dear Community,
The item Q140999459 (Ministry of Nutrition GmbH) was deleted on August 12 by user WikiBayer via an RfD reference (Wikidata:Requests for deletions#Q140999459). Shortly before the deletion, I had already posted evidence supporting the relevance of the company Ministry of Nutrition GmbH at 05:48 UTC. Unfortunately, however, the item was deleted again just 16 minutes later at 06:04 UTC; my evidence was likely never seen.
We have various sources that prove the company's relevance: Cycling News from November 2025: Ministry is mentioned here as the nutrition partner of Red Bull-BORA-hansgrohe. (https://www.cyclingnews.com/cycling-culture/training/from-pistolets-to-performance-gains-inside-remco-evenepoel-and-red-bull-bora-hansgrohes-fuelling-strategy/)
Radsportnews.com has published several independent articles about the company, including ones on its founding, rebranding, and team partnerships. (https://www.radsport-news.com/markt/marktnews_136818.htm)
Radclub.de has also published an independent report on the rebranding of Ministry of Nutrition GmbH. (https://radclub.de/aus-mon-sports-wird-mnstry/)
Ministry of Nutrition GmbH is a registered limited liability company (GmbH), registered with the Stuttgart Local Court under number HRB 767295.
Please review this item again with a view to publishing it. Thank you very much! ~2026-50173-93 (talk) 06:46, 17 September 2026 (UTC)

Undeletion request Q141483615 and Q141484756
I made both of these items and I do work for both of these businesses, so I'm saying that first so nobody has to dig it up. I'm not arguing the policy, I'm asking somebody to look at two sources I don't think got looked at.
Q141483615 is All In Pest Solutions in Pahrump, Nevada. They're a licensed pest control company and the state publishes the list. Nevada Department of Agriculture, Pest Control Program, 2025 licensed operators. Licence 708600. Ryan C. Morneault is on it as Primary Principal, C2 and C3, and James A. Grice as Operator, C2, effective 1/1/2025. Here's the report: https://agri.nv.gov/uploadedFiles/agrinvgov/Content/Plant/PEST/Website%20License%20Report(11).pdf
Q141484756 is HD Diesel Repair Shop, Killdeer and Williston, North Dakota. HD DIESEL LLC, North Dakota Secretary of State ID 318361, filed 7/7/2021, active and in good standing: https://firststop.sos.nd.gov/search/business/318361
I get that being registered isn't the same as being written about. But these aren't directory pages or my own website, they're state records, and the criterion says serious and publicly available. If the answer is still no then that's the answer and I won't put them back up. PMVDIGITAL (talk) 19:39, 17 September 2026 (UTC)
- These sources demonstrate reliably that the entities exist. They do not demonstrate that they are notable according to our standards. I am sure a Wikipedia article about either would not survive a deletion request; our notability criteria for companies are similar to the English Wikipedia. Ttasin863 (talk) 02:04, 18 September 2026 (UTC)
Dexbot deleted Q141467467 on 17 September ("automatic deletion of an item that used to have a sitelink that is deleted and doesn't have any good statement, no backlink in main namespace and no sitelinks"). I created this item myself — the subject, Alhaj M. Abul Kashem (1941–2023), was a Bangladesh Liberation War commander (district commander and district BLF chief of greater Kushtia), and I am his grandson. The bnwiki article was deleted on 17 September; a rewritten draft with independent sources is now waiting for review at bn:খসড়া:এম আবুল কাসেম. When the sitelink disappeared, the bot deleted the item.

- bnwiki articles বংশীতলার যুদ্ধ and কুষ্টিয়ার যুদ্ধ (Q4871506) also describe his role in the battles.
Could an admin review whether the item can be restored? If it should wait until the draft is approved and the sitelink returns, I understand. Ttasin863 (talk) 02:05, 18 September 2026 (UTC)

Follow-up on auto-archived undeletion request: Q141259492 — TJ Muir
The previous undeletion request for Q141259492 was automatically archived without a determination:
I am requesting an administrator review of whether the item can now be restored based on the new ISNI authority record and the existing independent bibliographic records.
Relevant records:
ISNI: https://isni.org/isni/0000000530929483 ISFDB: https://www.isfdb.org/cgi-bin/ea.cgi?250474 Open Library: https://openlibrary.org/authors/OL7554771A/TJ_Muir Fantastic Fiction: https://www.fantasticfiction.com/m/tj-muir/
Could an administrator please determine whether these records satisfy Wikidata’s notability criteria for restoration? If they remain insufficient, I would appreciate clarification about which criterion is not met.
Thank you. ~2026-49319-47 (talk) 15:11, 20 September 2026 (UTC)
Declined this request does not carry any improvement from the last one. Bringing same records, the latest archived discussion already mentioned some reason for insufficiency: scarce coverage for the works created by the subject. I also found no sufficient readership records showing notability of the works among readers. Please avoid recreating same request repeatedly. Yamato Shiya • (Hello!) 15:29, 20 September 2026 (UTC)

Undeletion request: three licensed New York cannabis dispensaries
Hello. On 19 September 2026, WikiBayer deleted three items I had created that day, with the log reason "Mass deletion of pages added by VibeMetrixAI". I would like to ask for them to be restored, or for guidance on what they were missing if they do not qualify.
The deleted items were:
- Q141501485, Cannadreams, 862 9th Ave, New York, NY 10019
- Q141501486, Upstate Exotics, 9200 Niagara Falls Blvd, Niagara Falls, NY 14304
- Q141501487, Dream Daze Dispensary, 5100 Transit Rd, Depew, NY 14043
All three are cannabis retailers licensed by the New York State Office of Cannabis Management, the state licensing authority. Each holds an active licence in the State of New York's official open data licence registry, "Current OCM Licenses" (data.ny.gov dataset jskf-tt3q):
- CANNADREAMS INC., licence OCM-CAURD-24-000114, status Active, 862 9th Ave, New York, NY 10019
- Upstate Exotics, licence OCM-CAURD-24-000147, status Active, 9200 Niagara Falls Blvd, Niagara Falls, NY 14304
- Dream Daze LLC, licence OCM-RETL-24-000156, status Active, 5100 Transit Rd, Depew, NY 14043
My reading of WD:N criterion 2 is that these are clearly identifiable material entities that can be described using serious and publicly available references, a government licence registry published as open data by the licensing authority itself.
Disclosure: I do marketing work for these three businesses, which is why I created the items. I should have declared that at the time and I am declaring it now.
I recognise the likely problem: I created the three items in one run with no references on any statement, from a new account, which looks exactly like promotional mass creation. If they are restored I will add the state licence number and the registry URL as a reference on the statements, and I will not create further items until this is resolved. If restoration is not appropriate, a pointer to what is missing would be genuinely useful so I can correct it rather than repeat it. Thank you. VibeMetrixAI (talk) 15:51, 20 September 2026 (UTC)

Kim 911 🔕 (talk • contribs • deleted contribs • logs • filter log • block user • block log • SUL (for IP: GUC)) — Reasons: Vandalism. This specific user is instigating an edit war by removing the entry regarding the final resting place of the recently deceased Margaret Papandreou, who was cremated today, with her ashes set to be scattered in the Aegean Sea tomorrow. In his reverts and in spam messages left on my talk page, the user —writing in poor Greek— claims that "resting places" refer only to cemeteries and not the sea. I have explained to him countless times that this is not the case, yet he persists in reverting the addition of the resting place, even though it is supported by a citation. This situation is endless, forcing me to repeatedly restore the information about the resting place and —regrettably— participate in the madness the user has instigated. ―KNIM123 (talk) 22:32, 20 September 2026 (UTC)
