Deletion practice

I am somewhat of an inclusionist and would rather rescue items than delete them. I do delete items, but usually only those that meet the following criteria:

• There is no evidence of notability whatsoever, no matter how weak or partial.
• There seems no prospect of the item creator adding such evidence.
• I cannot readily provide such evidence myself.

A notable exception to this is previously-deleted items, where my default course is to enforce the prior decision.
