GNOME
In addition to this week's GNOME 51 release were several other exciting developments in the GNOME desktop space.

For GNOME OS is now a documentation website with guides and other information to help users in trying out GNOME OS and carryout related setup.

GNOME OS is also now employing Zswap to help with a fast and responsive system even if your system doesn't have too much memory. This change should help those that have experienced out-of-memory issues on GNOME OS with Zswap set to be used by default. GNOME OS is relying on a Rust-based zswap-gnerator script to create the proper systemd configuration for Zswap. Zswap-generator will respect zswap.enabled=0 on the kernel command-line for disabling the functionality.
