Renaissance benchmark with settings of Test: Scala Dotty. OpenJDK 27.0.0 was the fastest.

Turning to the Renaissance Java benchmarks, OpenJDK 27 was again delivering the best performance with a nice look at the Java performance over the past decade. For the Renaissance benchmarks, OpenJDK 10 and older failed to run.

Renaissance benchmark with settings of Test: Savina Reactors.IO. OpenJDK 26.0.2 was the fastest.

For Savina Reactors.IO, there was a nice improvement in OpenJDK 17 and some minor performance fluctuations since then. The latest OpenJDK 27 release continues performing very well.

Renaissance benchmark with settings of Test: Finagle HTTP Requests. OpenJDK 27.0.0 was the fastest.

For Finagle HTTP requests in Java, OpenJDK 27 picked up another first place finish.

Renaissance benchmark with settings of Test: Akka Unbalanced Cobwebbed Tree. OpenJDK 21.0.2 was the fastest.

The Akka Unbalanced Cobwebbed Tree performance was tied between OpenJDK 21 and OpenJDK 27.

Renaissance benchmark with settings of Test: Genetic Algorithm Using Jenetics + Futures. OpenJDK 27.0.0 was the fastest.

Lastly with Jenetics for the Java Genetic Algorithm Library there has been a nice evolution to the performance from OpenJDK 11 to OpenJDK 27. OpenJDK 27 was again the fastest in this Java benchmark.
