openSUSE 12.2 Is Now On ARM Hardware

OpenSUSE 12.2 for ARM is officially supported on the BeagleBoard, PandaBoard, Versatile Express (QEMU), and as a normal chroot. There's also limited support for the Calxeda Highbank, i.MX53 Loco, CuBox, Origen Board, and Efika MX. There's nearly 5000 openSUSE packages available for ARM.

OpenSUSE has been preparing for a low-power battle and back at the openSUSE Conference in Prague they shared how to port the distribution to new ARM devices.
