EGL_ANDROID_native_fence_sync For Intel Still Baking

Chad Versace, the former Intel OTC developer now employed by Google on the Chromium team, has published the latest patches for implementing the EGL_ANDROID_native_fence_sync extension within Mesa's Intel driver.

The EGL_ANDROID_native_fence_sync extension is important since it's needed by Android on Chrome OS via the Android Runtime on ChromeOS, ARC++.

The EGL_ANDROID_native_fence_sync support isn't ready for mainline Mesa yet as it depends upon the i915 DRM driver's file sync implementation. Linux 4.7 brought the core support for sync files while the Intel DRM driver's implementation has yet to be finished up and will not land until at least Linux 4.10.
