I get zhwiki has been in the habit of asking "did they do any logged out editing, not this specific logged out editing" but that walks way too fine of a line especially in this circumstance where the assumption will be if I say they have that this TA is them, needs to be blocked and you would take action on the IP. OK. I wasn’t aware of that.

I did get somewhat of a semi-confirmation anyway, because the registered user wrote a comment without being logged in, then one minute later changed the signature from temp user to the registered user’s signature. That was a different temp user name than the one listed here, but same IP. Based on the content in the comments, and the edit history in the article suggested for deletion – and related articles, it’s pretty clear that both have a conflict of interest. 1000mm (talk) 12:04, 11 March 2026 (UTC)

The obligation is on the requestor to provide evidence of the connection before the check can be ran, usually in the form of diffs. You say the first account is an LTA? We need to know how you came to that conclusion. The link of accounts does not match a particular pattern other than potentially long usernames.
