DELETED ITEMS
[edit]Hello, I would like to ask why the Wikidata items for Nido Mar-bella Collection, Elix Mar-bella Collection, and Avali Mar-bella Collection have been deleted. This is the second time these items have been removed. Could you please explain the reason for the deletions? If they do not currently meet Wikidata's notability or sourcing requirements, I would appreciate specific guidance on what references or evidence are needed so that the items can be created correctly and remain in the database. WTF - who is checking cross languages informations
[edit]https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q831323 - is he hungarian or german? The answer is blowing in the wind or perhaps different of Wikipedia languages.
But if Wikidata is not the single point of truth, you need not the complex wiki relationsships…
- This should have been on the Project Chat page, not the talk page. The page on en: wiki says German, and lacks references and contains promotional language. I don't know who changed it to say he was Hungarian. There are no references. Secretlondon (talk) 14:16, 23 August 2026 (UTC)
Website closed in 2025, new stage under a new owner since 2026 (Q114437944)
[edit]Hi there, I work at iGaming.com Group GmbH, the company that acquired Relevo.com, the Spanish sports website. I have disclosed this on my user page as well.
I'd rather ask this before touching anything.
Relevo (Q114437944) closed on May 29, 2025, under its previous owner, Grupo Vocento (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Grupo_Vocento).
The company I work for, iGaming.com Group GmbH, acquired the brand and the domain (here is a source about it from ABC: https://www.abc.es/economia/igamingcom-group-compra-marca-relevo-impulsar-proyecto-20260810133110-nt.html).
Then Relevo started a new stage, with the launch of the new website (Relevo.com) on August 10, 2026.
I'm not sure how this should be recorded?
My idea is: Keep "dissolved" as it is, put an end time on the Vocento statement, and add "owned by" for the new company with a start time (iGaming.com Group GmbH, since August 10, 2026 - For example). Does that make sense, or is there a better way to record this, for a site that closed and started again under a new owner?
Regarding the new owner (iGaming.com), it has no Wikidata entry. Is it ok for me to create it when its only use for now will be the "owned by" statement?
