Motivation

edit

Four German federal states already have dedicated properties for their official school identifiers. In the medium term, I plan to propose identifiers for all German federal states to enable systematic linking between official school registries and their corresponding Wikidata items. This proposal introduces the property for Hesse, where each school is assigned a unique numerical identifier by the Hessian Ministry of Culture (Q1615976).  – The preceding unsigned comment was added by Weinessig (talk • contribs) at 14:16, October 12, 2025 (UTC).
