Motivation
[edit]There’s a a database for Everything™, episode 57: the Game Font Library (Q137219708) indexes the fonts used in over 250 video games (and counting). Started in 2025, I got wind of it as it’s friend to the Game UI Database ID (P8994) for which we already have a property. Alas, no Mix’n‘match catalogue from me this time, the website JS thoroughly defeated my DevTools sleuthing − Perhaps @Kirilloparma: will have a better chance :) Jean-Fred (talk) 22:57, 5 December 2025 (UTC)

Support, too bad it doesn't have a view that lists games by font so that we could have an identifier to add to typeface pages too (there's a search interface but the URL remains the same). — Arlo Barnes (talk) 23:03, 5 December 2025 (UTC)

Support. https://www.gamefontlibrary.com/dynamic-games-sitemap.xml would work for mix-n-match scraping. Also suggest Fonts In Use identifier (P11599) as for the "see also" line. Trivialist (talk) 18:58, 6 December 2025 (UTC)

Support and
Done, I've created a catalog. @Jean-Frédéric: Yes, in this case, it's difficult to extract entries, since it's a JavaScript-based site built with wix.com, the same site that wiki.gg uses, but there is a workaround. You can try extracting entries using the Instant Data Scraper (Q125502767) browser extension if you encounter similar databases in the future (see this short video tutorial, it's very easy to use). It is also suitable for any databases in general if there are no other ways to extract data. The only thing is that the extension is currently available for Chrome or its equivalents, such as Microsoft Edge, Brave, Vivaldi, Supermium, Chromium, etc. I hope this helps in some way :) Regards Kirilloparma (talk) 02:00, 10 December 2025 (UTC)
