About me
Hello, I am Maryam Saleh Abeid, a Computer Science graduate from the State University of Zanzibar (SUZA). I focus on knowledge sharing and helping others access information through digital platforms.
My work
I joined the Wikimedia movement in 2025 after attending a training, where I learned how to contribute to Wikipedia and other Wikimedia platforms.
Since then, I have been actively contributing through translation and community engagement. I am also a Co-founder of Wikimedia Community Zanzibar where I support building and growing the community.
I have participated in different Wikimedia campaigns, including:
