Does Rome really have two countries, Italy and Vatican City?
[edit]I have removed Vatican City as a "country" as only part of Rome is owned by the Vatican City, and not all of it. I believe it should therefore be its own entity for this subpart. But I have now noticed that the Wikipedia page has a note station it's also part of Vatican City: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rome#cite_note-1. What's the right way to store the data?
