other Vincent Meessen (Q27042918) 4169_artiste_MEESSEN_Vincent: Le Delarge about Vincent Meessen[1] says "né en 1966 à Visé, Wallonie, Belgique" and "Expositions : 1997, Art contemporain, Visé, (P) ; 2012, Wiels, Bruxelles, (G)."

According to [2] "Vincent Meessen (b. Baltimore, USA, 1971; lives and works in Brussels)" is the same who exhibited in the group exhibition "Un-scene II, Wiels, Brussels", which took place from 22 June to 26 August 2012, cf. also [3] and [4].
So I assume that the year of birth and place of birth in [1] might be wrong and he was actually born in 1971 in Baltimore.

I noticed that most part of this identifer is not needed: https://www.ledelarge.fr/20108_artiste_ as the same effect as https://www.ledelarge.fr/20108_artiste_CAILLET_Virginie (AFAIK). Here is my question, shoud we shortened these identifiers to only keep the needed part ?
