For those interested in video encoding/transcoding with NVIDIA Vera CPU servers, Vera saw excellent generational gains with the popular open-source SVT-AV1 encoder. Even Grace tended to be faster than the Intel Xeon 6980P while now Vera was running neck-and-neck with the AMD EPYC 9005 series processors tested.

When turning to 4K 10-bit video content with SVT-AV1, NVIDIA Vera began outperforming the EPYC Zen 5 server processors tested -- even the high frequency SKUs topping out at 5.0GHz.

It's very impressive the generational gains made from Grace to Vera and easily the most competitive ARM64 processor I have tested.
