Radeon DRM-Next Work: GPUVM Optimizations, Deep Color HDMI

Alex Deucher sent in the first pull request of Radeon changes to David Airlie for merging into drm-next for then landing into the mainline Linux 3.16 kernel in a few days time.
The major highlights for the Radeon DRM/KMS driver with Linux 3.16 is GPU VM optimizations for some possible performance gains, HDMI audio clean-ups, deep color HDMI support, and various bug-fixes / clean-ups. The VM optimizations affect GCN hardware (SI / CIK) and the change is to fill VM page tables from the GART page table when applicable.
The full list of the first batch of Radeon DRM driver changes for Linux 3.16 can be found via the dri-devel list message.
