POCL 0.9 Implements OpenCL 1.2 On The CPU

POCL 0.9 is MIT-licensed and is a portable open-source OpenCL implementation based upon LLVM. With the 0.9 release there is improved host/target CPU detection and targeted code generation, the kernel compiler is implemented via LLVM API calls directly, there's improvements to the handling of CL Images, and there's several kernel compiler improvements.
POCL 0.9 nearly implements CL 1.2 support in full and can run many OpenCL benchmarks/demos, but there's still missing functionality. More details on the 0.9 release can be found via PortableCL.org.
