American Guard Dashawn Davis (188-G) had a very impressive game in the last round for top-ranked Fyllingen BBK, receiving a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 10.
The player got a double-double of 27 points and 11 assists, while his team outclassed, the league's bottom-ranked team Oppsal (#11, 0-13) with 75-point margin 125-50. It allowed Fyllingen to take over top position in the Norwegian BLNO. They would have been even better if they hadn't lost a few games earlier this season. Fyllingen has a very solid 10-3 record, but they cannot be too comfortable about keeping top position. In the team's last game Davis had a remarkable 88.9% from 2-point range. He turned to be Fyllingen's top player in his first season with the team. Former Mississippi State University star has very solid stats this year. Davis is league's best scorer averaging so far 26.2ppg. Davis is in league's top in and averages impressive 2.2spg and 54.8% FGP.

The second best player in last round's games was young Jorgen Lamo (190-SG-2003) of Froya Basket Laksevag. Lamo had a very good evening with 22 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists. Of course he led Froya Basket to another comfortable win outscoring slightly lower-ranked Baerum Basket (#7, 6-7) 87-63. Froya Basket's 6th position in the standings has not changed. His team lost some distance to top teams. But a 8-6 record is not bad and everything may still change. Lamo is one of the most experienced players at Froya Basket and has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players.

Third on the list of top players last round was international forward Sjur Dyb Berg (201-F-1996) of Baerum Basket Bekkestua (#7). Dyb Berg scored 22 points and grabbed 14 rebounds (!!!). Despite Dyb Berg's great performance the Baerum Basket lost 63-87 to slightly higher-ranked Froya Basket (#6, 8-6). But his team cannot count on just a single player as he also needs help of the other teammates. The chances of Baerum Basket ranking at the top of the league, however are very questionable as they have already lost 7 games, recording just six victories. With bigger assistance of his teammates, Dyb Berg could help Baerum Basket to bring them higher in the standings. Dyb Berg has a great season in Norway. After 12 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in rebounds with 12.8rpg (#1 in league).

Other top performing players last week:
4. Josef Fahrenholtz (203-F) of Nidaros Jets - 36 points and 10 rebounds
5. Bouna N'Diaye (198-G-1992) of Fyllingen - 28 points, 5 rebounds and 3 assists
6. Jacob Tryon (211-C-1998) of Froya Basket - 22 points and 11 rebounds
7. Terrandus Smith (193-G/F-1998) of Ammerud Bskt - 33 points and 7 rebounds
8. Joel Kanyinda (203-PF-2001) of Fyllingen - 17 points, 12 rebounds and 4 assists
9. KJ Allen (198-F) of Asker Aliens - 21 points, 6 rebounds and 3 assists
10. Plaisir Mukoko (198-F-1991) of Oppsal - 30 points and 6 rebounds

The Player of the week is selected based on efficiency calculation, but also including game result, importance of the game, if played recorded double-double/triple-double, etc.
The efficiency formula is a combination of various formulas used by different basketball organizations/leagues. We got involved many basketball scouts and journalists to assure it's accuracy.
The formula: 1.5*PTS + 3*(REB+AST+ST+BL-TO) - 2*BSAG - 4*PF + 3*PFRV + 4*(2FGPM+3FGPM) + 1.5*FTM - 3*(2FGPA-2FGPM) - 3*(3FGPA-3FGPM) - (FTA-FTM)
