advanced 2.2 - Unknown parameter

i'm assuming the word UKNOWN in the Note below was typed here in all caps for attention but it tripped me up. i added UNKNOWN to my output string and the profile wasn't recognized. I re-read the actual example and saw it typed as "Unknown". Tried that format and it worked.

Note that the $INTERNAL output has as third segment UNKNOWN. This is because kanshi needs all three fields (manufacturer, model and serial number) to be populated. If one is missing the string UNKNOWN has to be used. Callmejoe (talk) 03:32, 10 February 2026 (UTC)
