If you are ever unsure about the validity of any tickets, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Age recommendations or restrictions can be found clearly stated on each event page.
Babes in arms and children under seven can't be admitted to classical music concerts and some other events, unless otherwise specified.
-
On selected events, a limited number of concession tickets are available for: recipients of Universal Credit or Pension Credit, full-time students, and under-16s.
Concession tickets are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Once they've sold out, no further concession tickets are available by any method of booking.
Concession prices may not apply to top-price tickets for certain events, discounts can't be combined, and you'll be asked for suitable identification on admission.
For events run by an external promoter, they may set their own concessions policy, please check the event page for details.
-
As standard we do not charge booking fees online, over the phone or for in person transactions. Some events may charge a booking fee is applicable, if this is the case will be shown on the event page and in event publicity materials.
Booking fees are sometimes charged to cover payment processing and booking system costs.
For some events organisers or promoters separate from Portsmouth Cathedral may use external booking facilities - of which we have no control on fees charged via these platforms.
-
In most cases, if your event is cancelled or rescheduled, you're entitled to a refund. You should receive an email informing you of the change, with a link to our refund request form.
As each order has to be refunded manually, it can take some time to work through. Once your refund is complete, you'll receive a confirmation email from our booking and payments provider.
We ask that customers allow 28 days, though in most cases refunds are processed more quickly than this.
