Created this oauth client without "allow consumer to cpecify a callback" - its a mistake, already did a new one.
Ok, thanks, I never used Toolforge - according to the instruction - I sent the Toolforge membership request.
And does Toolforge accept zip/rar that are a few GB in size?
Ok, if I will be able to install official Telegram server to Toolforge - I can try it. I will have ssh to that Toolforge, right?
I can implement oauth token, if you think that it will be better.

...decryption happens only in memory, per upload.
...and bot deletes the Telegram message with the password.
Bot asks for username and bot-password token. We store encrypted passwords (AES-256-GCM) in sqlite.
Data flow: user sends photo(s) (even zip/rar are supported) to Telegram API - VPS long polling receives messages/files (so no public endpoint is needed) - and this VPS uploads photo(s) to Wikimedia Commons (with correct wikitext), optionally returning links to uploaded files.

I tried to fire from content script, with Origin of the current usual page (and in url parameters)) - got response without Access-Control-Allow-Origin, the response:

Hm, bad :(
I found a workaround: replacing of Origin header, on Manifest V3, to something that is not moz-extension://:
Request has no Origin header, looks like browser extensions omit it.

"Replacing by link" I mean when you specify "Source URL", not attaching an actual file.
I tried multiple times for multiple days. Source file is flac ~500 MB in size.
