• the text below should be aligned RTL rather than LTR

In an RTL UI when using the quantity datatype to add qualifiers or references

• The input box for the quantity should be aligned RTL
• the text below should be aligned RTL rather than LTR

Acceptance Criteria

• The input boxes for monolingual datatypes and quantity datatypes on qualifier and reference modals are all aligned right
• The test at the bottom of the pages on monolingual datatypes and quantity datatypes on qualifier and reference modals are aligned right
