Revert navigation template Safety Resource Center

[edit]

Hello @Minorax! Thank you for looking over the Safety Resource Center. It looks like the navigation template you created prevented the active tabs and contents of subtabs from displaying properly. I reverted to the previous (less elegant) navigation portal for now, so that the information in the subtabs can be found by those who need it. Hi. Can you elaborate on what you meant? It looks fine on my end. --Min☠︎rax«¦talk¦» 12:54, 6 October 2026 (UTC)Reply
I followed the parameter for active and the before and after is the same. --Min☠︎rax«¦talk¦» 12:54, 6 October 2026 (UTC)Reply
Of course, thanks for looking into it again. When Template:Safety Resource Center was in place, tab 5 seemed to be the default active tab, which prevented the sub-menues and color indicators (darker blue underline) of other tabs from displaying when activated.
I tried to remove the 'active = 5' in the template markup, which did not solve the issue, but User:NguoiDungKhongDinhDanh corrected to 'active = {{{active|}}}'. That might be the reason why it looks fine now on your end. What do you think? Best, MBauer-WMF (talk) 08:36, 7 October 2026 (UTC)Reply
Ah yes. I copied the template wholesale from one of the pages and didn't catch this mistake. Thanks to both of you @MBauer-WMF: & @NguoiDungKhongDinhDanh: --Min☠︎rax«¦talk¦» 12:14, 7 October 2026 (UTC)Reply
Nice, glad the issue was found! And thank you for organizing the navigation portal into a template. Best, MBauer-WMF (talk) 10:09, 8 October 2026 (UTC)Reply
