Looking for Scrutineers for zhwiki CUer elections

Questions
[edit]- Will you process account vanish requests by suppress-locking the accounts?
- If a wiki no longer meets the criteria for allowing global sysops and the wiki's community has never discussed that whether global sysops should be opted-out there, then will you add the wiki to Special:WikiSets/7 at your discretion?

- No, accounts requesting vanishes are automatically processed and locked by the AccountVanishRequests account once approved. Locksuppression is not used for account vanishes because the tool is intended for users intending to permanently leave Wikimedia projects, not concealing past history.
- No, generally not unless there is a particular reason to remove the wiki from the GS wikiset. Most smaller communities don't tend to mind global sysops doing work within their scope (vandalism/spam) especially since local admins aren't always around, so we don't tend to remove a wiki from the GS set unless that community has specifically discussed opting out.
