温帯（おんたい、Temperate climate）とは、ケッペンの気候区分のひとつである。記号はCで、低緯度から3番目に位置することを示す。

[編集]温帯で最も多くの分類群が確認されているのは南部アフリカである。約24000の分類群（種および亜種以下の分類群）が確認されている[2]。
産業

[編集]- 最寒月日平均気温が-3℃以上18℃未満。
- 最暖月日平均気温が10℃以上。
- 年平均降水量が乾燥限界以上。
気候区分
[編集]ケッペンの気候区分では、4つの気候区に分けられる。
fは湿潤（feucht）、wは冬季に乾燥（wintertrocken）、sは夏季に乾燥（sommertrocken）のドイツ語での頭文字である。
分布地域
[編集]具体的な分布地域は、上記「#気候区分」の4つの気候区を参照。
日本は以下の地域を除いて温帯（大部分がCfaに属する。また、CfbやCwaに属する地域も一部見られる。）に属する。
