The situation of men is not as elusive as that of women or transgender but there are several issues that justice towards men must be highlighted. Gender justice does not restrict as upliftment or fight for women's right. It could represent also for men. 17 Firstly, the case of gay in homosexuality is significant. Often men, who know they are gay, struggle within a homophobic environment, which is especially predominantly in Christianity. 18 Secondly, Indian laws highly favor women. The very same laws that have been used to empower women are now being criticized for being unfair to men, leading to false prosecutions and even suicide. 19 Thirdly, men are also victims of domestic violence and sexual assault, but state institutions and society in general take such violence less serious because of the prevailing attitudes towards men, such as the belief that men are fearless, sustain
