Proxy Configuration

• network.proxy.global: Returns current global proxy.
• network.proxy.http: Returns current HTTP proxy.
• network.proxy.global.set = "url": Sets global proxy.
• network.proxy.http.set = "url": Sets HTTP proxy (overrides global).

• http://host:port
• socks5://user:pass@host:port
• socks5h://user:pass@host:port

UDP (trackers/dht) and listening ports are disabled.

Supports all native libcurl schemas.
