Problem with archive_read_next_header(): Pathname cannot be converted from UTF-8 to current locale when building in Ubuntu 26.04 container #15739

Description

Description of the bug

I try to follow the https://github.com/prusa3d/PrusaSlicer/blob/master/doc/Build.md to try to build PrusaSlicer 3.0.0-alpha11 based on the documented steps, before attempting to update Fedora's https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/prusa-slicer to package 3.0.0 as an rpm.

I use containers with podman to easily get specific operating system environment, and since doc/Build.md shows the apt install example for Ubuntu 26.04, I started

$ podman run --rm -ti ubuntu:26.04

I then copied the source .tar.gz to the container, unpackaged it, and done

# apt update
# apt install -y git build-essential autoconf cmake libglu1-mesa-dev libgtk-3-dev libdbus-1-dev libwebkit2gtk-4.1-dev texinfo

# cd deps
# mkdir build
# cd build
# cmake ..
# cmake --build .

The last command failed with

-- verifying file...
       file='/tmp/PrusaSlicer-version_3.0.0-alpha11/deps/build/downloads/Boost/boost-1.86.0-cmake.zip'
-- Downloading... done
