## What changed Remove the session-level capture mode and make thread-owned retained context the default throughout history management. Simplify input ordering, compaction identity preservation, fork handling, and approval freshness checks by removing legacy capture branches. Keep checkpoint compatibility review separate: unknown or incompatible checkpoints can still use legacy review while retaining user evidence. Set the already-removed `guardianv2.thread_context` feature's default to false and remove redundant opt-out test variants. ## Testing Update checkpoint tests to exercise legacy review through restored checkpoint data.
