## What changed Add a V1 spawn regression test that removes the child from the thread manager during startup, before spawn reports its settings. Verify that the completed spawn event retains the role-configured model and reasoning effort, nickname, and role even when the child can no longer be looked up. Also verify that the child receives its initial input with the effective settings and the parent receives a successful spawn result. GitOrigin-RevId: 5e94e3ddb0feda0eaaa86e7539ef8c6720176f88
