"In/not in" item set search selector doesn't function in query sidebar

All item set queries from the sidebar are "in" queries regardless of what's selected.

I would assume without checking at the moment that this is a script not firing (or not working) in this context.

Quasi-relatedly, we'd probably prefer the styling to have those on a single row.
