  • Update wiki: drop ppc64el entirely, riscv64 builds-only ppc64el: removed from nightly builds table, cross-arch make targets table, QEMU functional test section. riscv64: removed from QEMU functional test coverage (tests dropped due to QEMU FDT overflow); Debian build entry remains in Install.md tables. Development.md: update QEMU package install command (remove ppc/misc), provisioning sequence (arm64 + armhf only), PROVISION_VERSION note (now per-arch), single-arch test example.
