Updates the release/11.0.1xx-preview6 branch to treat Xcode 26.6 as the required/stable Xcode version, aligning build constants and the Make-based build/provisioning logic with the new Xcode drop.
Changes:
- Bump the expected Xcode version from 26.5 → 26.6 in shared SDK version constants.
- Update
Make.configto use Xcode 26.6 (download URL + default developer root), and refresh the Xcode→max simulator version mapping. - Fix
Build.propsregeneration by making it depend onconfigure.inc(when present), since./configurecan change the selected Xcode.
