SSL.com is providing free 104 day certs.
The cert can only contain one domain and its www sub domain unless you have a paid account.

No wildcard certs.

Please register a free account at www.ssl.com, and then get your EAB Credentials:

Next:
acme.sh --register-account --server ssl.com \ -m my@example.com \ --eab-kid xxxxxx --eab-hmac-key xxxxxxxx
And also register an ECDSA account:
acme.sh --register-account --server ssl.com \ -m my@example.com \ --eab-kid xxxxxx --eab-hmac-key xxxxxxxx --ecc

acme.sh --issue -d example.com --dns dns_cf --server ssl.com
Or, issue an ECDSA cert:
acme.sh --issue -d example.com --dns dns_cf --server ssl.com -k ec-256
