What's Changed

• Added a standard queue chat priority range for operators. The new chat_min_priority_std and chat_max_priority_std attributes limit which chats the regular auto assignment queue can assign to an operator; they mirror chat_min_priority / chat_max_priority, which only apply to the chat priority queue. Both values are editable in the department assignment window (individual departments and department groups), 0 means no limit and the values are inclusive.
• fix(mailconv): guard against failed fetchAndLock returning false in mail parser and mailing worker by @mysubcult in #2415
