  1. ✨ Track who set user online in online sessions statistics 

    - Add `online_by_user_id` column to `lh_users_online_session` table to record which operator set a user online
- Update install scripts, DB schema, and migration script (update_356.sql) for the new column
- Extend user session model and POS definition to support the new field
- Record the acting operator when setting a user online in `lhuser.php`
- Display "Set online by" column in online hours statistics with operator name and visual indicator
- Fix column span in the offline period row to account for the new column
- Bump DB version to 357 and release to 4.90v
- Update changelog with the new feature details
