.NET 10

Test and validate that our library is compatible with upcoming .NET 10. This means two things: ensure that we can use .NET SDK 10 to build the library and validate that the library can reference System.Text.Json version 10 as well as Microsoft.Extensions.Logging version 10. We've had issues in the past caused by breaking changes in the System.Text.Json library, I would like to catch and fix any such problems before .NET 10 goes live.

FWIW, after upgrading to .NET 10, we're getting this build warning:

Yes this is expected. Current version does not allow Microsoft dependencies v10 because our library has not been tested with them and this caused issues in the past.

TLDR keep an eye out for next release which will lift this constraint (although you'll have the same problem when .NET 11 is released as so forth)
