Turn your workbooks into a PDF

Export ranges and tables into PDF, entirely in managed .NET code. No headless browsers, no printer drivers, no external dependencies — just a single method call from your existing EPPlus code.
EPPlus will initially support the most basic visual elements of Excel. Page setup, margins, print areas, borders, fills, fonts, headers and footers are all preserved so the PDF matches what you would see when printing from Excel.

Charts and shapes as crisp SVG

With EPPlus 9 you can now export shapes and pie-, column-, bar-, line and combo charts from your workbook directly to SVG — Scalable Vector Graphics. Unlike raster formats like PNG or JPEG, SVG images stay perfectly sharp at any size, from a small thumbnail to a full-screen dashboard. This makes SVG the ideal format for web reports, print-ready documents, and modern user interfaces where visual quality matters. The conversion happens in-memory with a single method call, so you can generate previews, embed graphics in emails, or ship them straight to the browser without touching Excel.
EPPlus 9 can render most chart elements, like data labels, trend lines, error bars, and more — is supported. The output is standards-compliant SVG that works in every modern browser and vector editor.
This same SVG rendering is now also used in our HTML export, so charts and shapes exported to HTML get that same crisp, resolution-independent quality.

• When copying a worksheet, you can now assign custom names to copied tables and pivot tables through callbacks on ExcelWorksheetCopyOptions (TableCopyHandler / PivotTableCopyHandler), instead of relying on generated names like Table1. Formula references in copied tables are updated automatically.
