NetSSL_Win certificate verification failure when intermediate certificates are not available in the Windows trusted store #578

Description

@anbergem

Duplicate of the following POCO issue: pocoproject/poco#3907

This bug causes the ClickHouse ODBC driver on Windows to report an SSL certificate-chain validation error when connecting to a self-hosted ClickHouse server.

The issue occurs when a required intermediate CA certificate is provided by the server during the TLS handshake but is not installed in the local Windows certificate store. POCO fails to include the server-provided intermediate certificate when building the certificate chain.

As a workaround, installing the intermediate CA certificate in the Windows Personal certificate store allows the connection to succeed.
