What does the pull request do?

The four-parameter SplineEasing constructor copied y2 into Y1, leaving Y2 at the KeySpline default (1). XAML property setters and the KeySpline overload were unaffected.

What is the current behavior?

new SplineEasing(x1, y1, x2, y2) writes y2 into Y1. Y2 stays at the KeySpline default of 1.

What is the updated/expected behavior with this PR?

All four control points are assigned. Covered by SplineEasing_Constructor_Assigns_All_Control_Points.

How was the solution implemented (if it's not obvious)?
