Deleting without rationale

[edit]

When you saw an admin deleting pages without rationale, as you mentioned in another discussion, did you contact them about it? If so, can you provide a link to the discussion, please? Thanks. -- Jan Kameníček (talk) 10:42, 15 November 2025 (UTC)Reply

That was on Chinese Wikipedia. I would deal with it myself.--WEBridge (talk) 22:21, 15 November 2025 (UTC)Reply

Will of Annie Gamwell, January 10, 1940

[edit]

Some years ago, you added the PD-no-notice tag to this work. Do you recall on what you based that ? Any idea where it was published ? -- Beardo (talk) 16:37, 21 March 2026 (UTC)Reply

Based on being a will, propose deleting it for no source at Wikisource:Proposed deletions? I am disinterested in this matter.--TunnelESON (talk) 20:46, 21 March 2026 (UTC)Reply
And no indication that it was ever published with the author's approval. I am going to mark it as likely copyvio, but I thought to check with you first. Thanks. -- Beardo (talk) 20:51, 21 March 2026 (UTC)Reply
If indeed never published, Help:Public domain might hint it as expired copyright. If posthumously published, the story is different. I am again disinterested.--TunnelESON (talk) 21:01, 21 March 2026 (UTC)Reply

User from mul: seeking help

Hello. There was a user from mul: mistakenly seeking help here, see Wikisource:Administrators' noticeboard#This action has been automatically identified as harmful, and therefore disallowed, so I thought you might be able to help them. If not, just ignore this message :-). Cheers, -- Jan Kameníček (talk) 21:20, 4 July 2026 (UTC)Reply

Thanks. I found the discussion at mul:Wikisource:Scriptorium#This action has been automatically identified as harmful, and therefore disallowed.--TunnelESON (talk) 22:19, 4 July 2026 (UTC)Reply
