Town on the Black Sea coast of ancient Paphlagonia
This article is about an ancient town on the Black Sea coast. For the island in the Aegean Sea, see Thymaina.
Thymena (Ancient Greek: Θύμηνα), also called Thymaena or Teuthrania (Τευθρανία),[1] was a town on the Black Sea coast of ancient Paphlagonia, at a distance of 90 stadia from Aegialus.[2][3]
It is located near Uğurlu in Asiatic Turkey.[4][5]
