The process for creating broadcast lists like this one is lengthy. If you wish to edit, please follow these guidelines.

  • Use official radio station listing found at this page.
  • There will be additional research required to find translators which are cities listed on K-LOVE's station list but do not have call letters. Translators can be found by using the FCC's FM query system as stated below.
  • All stations listed should be checked/queried through the FCC FM query system, found here. Failure to do so will result in incorrect information as some of the areas listed on the list are not the city of License for the station, but rather the broadcast area.
  • Additional research might needed to be conducted to find out what broadcast area a station or translator serves, as the city of license and the broadcast area often differ.

Feel free to edit if you feel comfortable! I will come back and make critiques if you did something wrong. I encourage edits that are done properly and I'm not mean.. we're all here to help each other. Happy editing!! Taylor2646 (talk) 20:44, 10 March 2014 (UTC)Reply

@Sammi Brie and Turbotann: There are some issues with this chart. Specifically, WTCF is listed as Wardensville, Virginia. This is my home market and Wardensville is definitely not in Virginia. :) Since this is color coded, I'm not sure how to fix it. There are other callsign issues as well (K-Love changes callsigns like crazy, including [https://enterpriseefiling.fcc.gov/dataentry/public/tv/draftCopy.html?displayType=html&appKey=25076f919c2e1b1e019c49bff21b0b0d&id=25076f919c2e1b1e019c49bff21b0b0d&goBack=N one change filed today). I think it needs a BIG update. - Neutralhomer • Talk • 17:12, 11 February 2026 (UTC)Reply
I'm not so sure that's less of a mistake and more of a design choice, @Neutralhomer. The transmitter is on the Virginia side of the state line, and the major population served is in Virginia. There's actually a station with a COL in Pennsylvania serving Morgantown, West Virginia (Masontown, PA), listed under West Virginia. I think there's a fair question here of whether the state column should be the COL or the largest city served.
I will freely admit this list is a higher-than-normal maintenance load because of EMF's love to shift and hoard call signs like treasure. Sammi Brie (she/her · t · c) 19:05, 11 February 2026 (UTC)Reply
@Sammi Brie, I did think WTCF's tower was up on Great North Mountain, which sets right on the VA/WV border, so my goof there.
I do think it could stay where it is on the list, just have "Wardensville, WV" instead of simply "Wardensville", as it appears it means "Wardensville, Virginia". The same with "Masontown, PA". That one is definitely something to be clarified, as there is a Masontown, WV not far from Morgantown. :) Masontown, PA is approximately 15 miles from Morgantown and approximately 21 miles from Masontown, WV.
Yeah, them having every callsign with "LV", "AI" or "AR" in it is insane. The only one worse is Family Life Network with their "WC"A, D, E, G, I, or O callsigns. I have serious opinions about K-Love and Family Life as it is (along with their insane overlap), but none of them are relevant. :) - Neutralhomer • Talk • 20:51, 11 February 2026 (UTC)Reply
