Chen Xiaoyong, also written as Chen Xiao-Yong, (陈小勇) is a Chinese ichthyologist and a research fellow at the Kunming Institute of Zoology, Chinese Academy of Sciences.

Biography

Chen received his bachelor's degree from Northwest Normal University in 1993, his master's degree from Lanzhou University in 1996, and his doctorate from the Kunming Institute of Zoology in 1999. After completing his doctorate, he remained at the institute as a research fellow.
