Observability Agent Architecture

Sep 30, 2024 · Kranthi Kiran Erusu

That's a great question. Agent-based observability necessitates distinct architectural practices in ephemeral environments, such as browsers. I'm currently writing a blog post on this topic. In serverless contexts, architectures are increasingly shifting towards agentless solutions, integrating observability directly into the serverless application lifecycle through function wrappers or middleware. This is often complemented by connections to native observability tools like AWS CloudWatch and Azure Monitor.
