- Danke. Google Maps hilft meist weiter wenn ich die Ecke nicht selbst kenne. Ansonsten gehe ich im Grundsatz davon aus, dass es mehr auf den Winkel als auf den exakten Standort ankommt. Ich habe auch eine Reihe von Fotos durchgesehen die automatisch per GPS getagt wurden, und die sind so wahnsinnig ungenau dass ich mit Sicherheit besser liege ;-) Windharp (talk) 19:56, 12 December 2023 (UTC)

Hi Windharp, you're now a filemover. When moving files please respect the following advice:
- Use the CommonsDelinker link in the {{Rename}} template to order a bot to replace all occurrences of the old title with the new one. Or, if there was no rename-request, please use the Move & Replace-tab.
- Please leave a redirect behind unless you have a valid reason not to do so. Other projects, including those using InstantCommons, might be using the file even though they don't show up in the global usage. Deleting the redirects would break their file references. Please see this section of the file rename guideline for more information.
- Please know and follow the file rename guidelines.

Question about deletion
[edit]Thank you Windharp for your answer in this topic. So, if I re-upload the images and indicate in the title that they are AI-generated recreations (which is what they actually are), do you think they could be accepted?Enciclopedia1993 (talk) 08:10, 11 August 2026 (UTC)
- I intentionally didn't answer again, to get someone else to comment on that question. I understand it can be frustrating that this take a while on commons. I would still say that AI hallucinated images of existing clothes do not have any purpose being anywhere on wikipedia. Windharp (talk) 08:14, 11 August 2026 (UTC)
- I understand your point of view Windharp. The reason I created the clothing images using AI is that, in several cases (though not all), the actual photos showing the person wearing those outfits are not in the public domain and, therefore, cannot be uploaded to Wikimedia. That is why I created the images as substitutes—simply to illustrate the articles. I will wait to see whether the images are kept or not. If they end up being deleted, I will provide the actual photos of the person wearing the clothing as external links. It won't look quite as good, but it is a good alternative.
