Українська: Розтягування еритроциту у двох оптичних пастках. Одна пастка нерухома, а інша переміщується з невеликим кроком. Захоплена клітина орієнтується вздовж осі пучка (направлена до спостерігача). Після того, як сила скорочення перевищує оптичну силу, клітина виривається з рухомої пастки. Аналізуючи розсіяне світло від обох оптичних пасток, можна дослідити механічні властивості еритроцитів. English: Stretching of red blood cell in two optical traps. One trap is stationary and another trap is displaced in short steps. The trapped cell orients along the beam axis (pointed towards the viewer). Once the contraction force overcomes optical force the cell escapes the moving trap. By analyzing the scattered light from both traps the mechanical properties of the red blood cells can be investigated. |
