Commons:Translation administrators
Translation administrators indicate what pages need to be translated using the page translation functionality that is part of the Translate extension. In addition to that, deletion of translated pages can be done only by administrators who are also translation administrators.
There are currently 100 translation administrators on Wikimedia Commons.
