Remove redundant "X is deprecated" in makeDeprecated example, as that is already included by default. The argument is an optional addendum to that default. Unlike MW PHP wfDeprecated, mw.log.deprecate intentionally omits MW version as this largely addresses user/site/gadgets scirpts who don't control MW upgrades. undo
