Notes
Enya's debut album, originally released in 1986, served as the soundtrack to the BBC documentary "The Celts." It included the original, shorter version of "Portrait" (1:23 in length).
It was remastered and reissued in 1992 under the new title "The Celts" and it included a longer version of "Portrait" (also known as "Out Of The Blue"), previously released as a B-side in some versions of the single "Orinoco Flow (Sail Away)."
It was later remastered and reissued again in 2009 in Japan, and included the B-side "Eclipse."

I would love to see and hear this album in Dolby Atmos !

If you love early Enya then please seek this out. I’ve always enjoyed her songwriting as much as her vocal abilities and this is a very interesting collection of Enya doing something a bit different. There’s even electric guitar on at least one track. Very cool album, especially for something that’s technically a soundtrack.

Title to my opinion must be BBC or BBC CD not Enya, as there is no title specific other than BBC mentioned, Enya on front is meant to be artist name, see spine

A great sounding remaster and re-branding of Enya's brilliant solo debut.

Oddly my copy has the same matrix numbers as above but only shows the atlantic logo on the left side.

Her Wikipedia page has this (her debut album) as being released in March 1987. Can anyone confirm if it was 1986 or 1987?

Based on the information provided by Discogs this is the first compact disc ever released by BBC Records.

Great dynamics and very little surface noise = recommended pressingreferencing The Celts (LP, Album, Reissue) 0745099116712
Absolute non-playable rubbish release.
Straight from sleeve onto my turntable, first thing I noticed was a bright spot in the vinyl.
Put the needle down and my fear became reality... Cracks, ticks and general noises makes this an unplayable disc.
Return to vendor :-(
