@sykescottages I have a booking with you but it's not showing up in my account. And because I don't have a booking in my account, there's literally zero way to contact you as far as I can see. Help! I want to ask questions like "how do I pay the balance"
@NatWest_Help my Ukrainian friend wants to open a current account with you but you don’t accept any proof of address she has. She has a bank statement pdf from @monzo but you only accept photos of paper statements for some reason. Is there nothing you can do to accept pdfs?
